You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
5. Contact Form Submissions
Submitting a contact form does not create a binding contract or obligate McDermott Studios to provide any products or services. All orders and project agreements are subject to a separate written agreement. You represent that information submitted is accurate, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you have authority to enter into a business arrangement with McDermott Studios.
6. Products, Pricing, and Payments
Product descriptions and pricing are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice. Displayed products do not constitute an offer for sale. All custom woodworking projects are subject to individual quotation and a separate written agreement.
Payments are processed through third-party platforms (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App). McDermott Studios is not responsible for errors, disputes, fees, or data handling by those platforms. Each platform's own terms and policies govern transactions made through them. All sales are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Custom Orders and Deposits
Custom and commissioned orders require a 30% deposit before work begins. This deposit covers materials and labor committed at the time of order. If a custom order is canceled, the deposit will be refunded minus the cost of materials already purchased or used, plus a 10% cancellation fee applied to the total order value. There is no cancellation window — cancellation terms apply immediately upon order placement.
Custom orders are not eligible for the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee but may qualify for the optional 2-Year Limited Warranty. See our Return and Refund Policy and Limited Warranty for full details.
